Primary goal :

A pleasant and professional demeanor is required while interacting with clients through various online channels.

Provide practical solutions to problems and meet the needs of clients.

Help clients, manage their payments, process their orders, and retain information about the products.

Keeping meticulous records of all interactions with clients and responding appropriately is the key to success.

Assist internal teams in resolving challenging challenges and improving client experiences.

Keeping up on industry news, goods, and laws is essential for accurately educating clients.

In order to make sure the customer is completely satisfied, strive to go above and beyond in every engagement.

A bachelor's degree or its equivalent is preferred, but a high school diploma will do.

A minimum of one year of customer experience is preferred, but not necessary.
