Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision making.

Oversee intercompany accounting, eliminations, and reconciliations to ensure accurate results.

Maintain and enhance internal controls over financial reporting.

Analyze financial metrics, variances, and KPIs for senior management.

Standardize reporting processes and policies across multiple legal entities.

Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance on complex accounting issues.

Support external audits and liaise with auditors for consolidated financial audits.

Collaborate with the VP of Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and implement best practices. About You

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, and CPA (Canada / U.S.) or ACCA (UK) preferred.

5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, including 3–5 years in consolidated reporting.

Strong knowledge of ASPE.

Experience with multi-entity consolidation, intercompany transactions, and financial systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).

Demonstrated experience in creating financial models to support business decisions.

Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines.

Salary Range

$120,000 - $135,000 / year
