The Role
Under the supervision of the Sports and Facilities Coordinator, the Facilities Assistant organizes and schedules the use of programs and services within the Personnel Support Programs facilities. He / she monitors and maintains consumable sports inventory, performs minor maintenance on fitness / groundskeeping / ice maintenance equipment, prepares reports such as arena ice schedules, maintenance schedules, equipment logs and machinery and mechanical maintenance logs. He / she also inspects equipment and facilities for safety and takes corrective action as required.

Other Information
This is an on‑site position with an assigned work location. This temporary employment is expected to end on 27 September 2026. Start date as soon as possible.
