We cover accounting, finance and payroll professions. I am looking for an accounting analyst for my client, a technology SME.
- This is a permanent position in hybrid mode. YOUR MISSION Prepare analyses, reconciliations and reclassifications of balance sheets and results;
- Record accrual / end-of-month provision adjustment entries in the accounting system; Record monthly prepaid expenses in the accounting system;
- Prepare Canadian and American tax returns and payments; Carry out bank reconciliations; Monitor fixed assets; Manage expense accounts;
- Participate in the preparation of the annual audit; Initiate and actively participate in improving work tools by proposing ideas to optimize analyses;
- Be the backup of the payable technician to codify and account for transactions in accordance with the internal control procedures established by management;
Perform all other tasks related or relevant to the activities of this sector, depending on business developments and / or the emergence of new priorities.
- YOUR DNA Bachelor's degree in accounting with accounting designation (an asset); Two (2) years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in an SME;
- Fluency in oral and written French; Functional English; Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite; Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v search, sum if, shift, equiv) Experience in an accounting firm (an asset);
