What you’ll be doing:

• Drive investigation with Engineering for business related issues.
• Communicate with internal clients to understand expected user behavior, expected benefits, reporting requirements and employee user flows.
• Provide feedback to the dev team through your own troubleshooting, testing and feedback gathering from clients, administrators, dependencies, and integrators.
• Provide updates to clients, integrators, strategic planning, and management as required.
• Lead the scrum team meetings.
• Determine all sprint goals, in alignment with the project priorities provided by management.
• Write and review business cases, use cases, and user stories with relevant acceptance criteria and boundaries.
• Finalize scope by gathering clarifications from clients for developers.
• Provide recommendations and ideas for feature development and discuss them with the stakeholders.
• Review client feature requests and provide feedback in terms of potential solutions, feature phases.
• Investigate, understand and communicate requirements for end‑to‑end user flows, as well as end‑to‑end service integration (SaaS) flows.

What you’ll need to be successful:

Must Haves:

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree or another relevant degree in a related field (business, technical) or the required minimum experience mentioned above.
• A strong understanding of the relationship between product and engineering.
• Proficiency in documentation and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical components with non‑technical people.
• Experience in an agile environment.

Nice to haves:

• QA experience.
• Exposure to Jira.
• Analytics and reporting experience.
