Ivalua Configuration Specialist

Strategic opportunity in the insurance industry for a skilled Ivalua platform specialist. This hybrid Toronto-based role focuses on Ivalua configuration, system optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal for candidates with strong SQL expertise, procurement knowledge, and potential interest in full-time conversion.

Responsibilities :

  • Configure and customize the Ivalua platform according to requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal clients and teams to gather, assess, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain configuration documentation and test scripts.
  • Provide technical expertise and best practices for leveraging the Ivalua platform.
  • Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of system configurations.
  • Support data migration and system integration efforts.
  • What you will need to succeed :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Ivalua Certified Configuration Specialist or equivalent certifications (nice to have).
  • 4+ years of experience configuring and managing the Ivalua platform.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, including query writing and optimization.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Experience collaborating with remote and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and procurement software solutions.
  • Experience preparing process documentation and working with operations teams (nice to have).
