This is a full-time, on-site role as an Hospitality Hostlocated mainly in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area. Our hosts will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality service delivery, and maintaining operational efficiency. Proven experience in operations management in the hospitality industry ( preferably hotels and vacation rentals) Proficiency in relevant software and systems Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred) Promptly sharing guest satisfaction data and addressing employee concerns proactively.

• Upholding the brand's service standards and striving for continuous improvement.
• Responding promptly to customer service requests and ensuring team compliance with hospitality standards.   Ensuring Financial Performance
• Assisting in annual quality audits and overseeing key control measures.
• Reviewing financial performance data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.   Ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures, including disciplinary actions.
