Job Description

Battlefords Tribal Chiefs (BATC) Family Medicine Clinic requires a full-time Family Physician. The clinic will serve clients from the Battlefords and surrounding communities. The clinic is located on the second floor of the North Battleford Canada Post Office (Top Floor). It will feature three assessment clinic rooms, one laboratory, a bathroom with a pass-through window, and a waiting room. The selected physician would be expected to work some evening and weekend operating hours, as well as be responsible for employing staff to support their work at the clinic (MOA, billing staff, any other desired supports, etc.) This position will include two years rent-free incentive as well as needed supplies and some clinic equipment.

Job Qualifications

• Successful applicants will be eligible for a regular license to practice in Saskatchewan from the and have current insurance coverage.
• This individual must be a team player, be able to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, staff and management, and function well in a high-volume environment with a commitment to provision of high-quality patient and family centered care.
• In accordance with immigration requirements, preference will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents of Canada.
