Title : Bilingual Call Center Agent
Location : North York
Hours : Rotational Shifts
Week 1 - 1 PM - 9 PM (Monday - Friday)
Week 2 - 1 PM - 9 PM (Any 4 days a week) + 10 AM - 6 PM (Saturday)
NOTE - All Saturday shifts will be work from home
Pay Rate : $21 / hr.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries about package locations and ensuring clear and helpful communication.
- Document call details accurately and maintain records of customer interactions.
- Maintain a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute to ensure timely and efficient documentation.
- Use computer systems effectively to navigate, track, and document information related to customer queries.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service by demonstrating patience, clarity, and a strong customer focus.
Qualifications :
Bilingual fluency in English and French (required).Basic computer proficiency, with the ability to navigate and document information efficiently.Typing speed of at least 30 wpm.Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is an asset.Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and empathetically.Detail-oriented with good organizational skills to manage call documentation and information tracking.Job Type : Full-time
