We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Purchasing Administrator professional to provide day‑to‑day assistance to our Procurement Specialist and Subcontract Administrator at our Sherwood Park, AB office. This role is essential in ensuring smooth procurement and subcontracting processes across our projects, supporting documentation accuracy, vendor onboarding, invoicing workflows, SAP data entry, and overall administrative coordination.

What You'll Do Here :
- Assist in creating and submitting Purchase Requisitions in SAP, including verifying item descriptions, quantities, and pricing with project teams
- Support tracking and organization of packing slips and input Goods Receipts in SAP.
- Assist with vendor setup requirements and data collection.
- Help resolve price, delivery, and documentation exceptions through coordination with internal teams and suppliers.
- Support the preparation and organization of subcontract tenders, documentation packages, and competitive bid evaluations.
- Help track subcontractor ISN and insurance compliance throughout the subcontract lifecycle.
- Provide administrative support for issuing and tracking subcontract revisions.
- Assist with invoice review workflows, ensuring completeness and accuracy before project team approval.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the broader Procurement team.
- Assist with reception duties during absences, or when operational needs require.
