Scheduling Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Forecast and prioritize all scheduled and unscheduled work.
- Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance Service Managers to direct events into a service repair site.
- Support over‑the‑road breakdowns and unscheduled work.
- Address scheduled issues.
- Handle major EDVIRs.
- Manage check‑engine faults.
- Resolve Isaac / TGI issues.
- Route collision repairs.
- Process oil samples.
- Oversee preventative maintenance.
- Forecast and schedule repairs & services.
- Review driver reports, determine repair needs, and coordinate scheduling with the maintenance coordinator.
- Route overflow work to a supporting TP and manage outsourcing.
- Manage service switches and the “M” unit replacement fleet.
- Audit and ensure compliance with equipment and maintenance requirements, including the 100 over 60 spreadsheet and asset service requirements (B620, dedicated fleets, general fleet).
- Assist in maintaining the local Facility Planner.
- Support outsource / sublet repairs and authorize third‑party maintenance repairs.
- Profile and upload maintenance data into software for records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
