Scheduling Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Forecast and prioritize all scheduled and unscheduled work.
• Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance Service Managers to direct events into a service repair site.
• Support over‑the‑road breakdowns and unscheduled work.
• Address scheduled issues.
• Handle major EDVIRs.
• Manage check‑engine faults.
• Resolve Isaac / TGI issues.
• Route collision repairs.
• Process oil samples.
• Oversee preventative maintenance.
• Forecast and schedule repairs & services.
• Review driver reports, determine repair needs, and coordinate scheduling with the maintenance coordinator.
• Route overflow work to a supporting TP and manage outsourcing.
• Manage service switches and the “M” unit replacement fleet.
• Audit and ensure compliance with equipment and maintenance requirements, including the 100 over 60 spreadsheet and asset service requirements (B620, dedicated fleets, general fleet).
• Assist in maintaining the local Facility Planner.
• Support outsource / sublet repairs and authorize third‑party maintenance repairs.
• Profile and upload maintenance data into software for records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
