The Role

Provide general production support to the day to day running of the screen science team with a focus on How Things Work with Dr Karl and The Secret Lives with Dr Ann.

The Job

• Provide administrative and logistical support to the team.
• Manage diaries credit cards stationery invoices couriers and postage.
• Provide support to the Production Coordinators as necessary.
• In association with the Production Coordinators and Associate Producers manage audience call outs as required for episodes.

About You

You will be able to demonstrate planning organisational communication and negotiation skills with an ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

Youll also have an ability to keep up to date and accurate diaries contact lists and schedules.
