The responsibility of this role is to operate at the intersection of electrical engineering, material science, and advanced manufacturing. In addition to optimizing PCB / PCBA fabrication and assembly.
This role is a critical component of the Global Core Electrical Supplier Technical Assistance (STA) team ensuring the industrialization of In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI), Connectivity, and Vehicle Electrification systems. In today's highly automated and data-driven environment, the specialist must combine robust digital skills with deep electronic manufacturing process expertise to support global suppliers, drive manufacturing excellence, govern technical standards across the global supply base, and ensuring suppliers compliance with Ford electronic manufacturing requirements and standards.

The expected annual salary range for this position is $ 87,000.00- $ 137,000.00 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our Annual Compensation bonus program.
