Our client, a local public accounting firm, is looking for a Manager, Assurance. This role will play a lead in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of audits, reviews, and compilations. This role includes managing client engagements, reviewing work performed by junior staff, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
This role is hybrid and is in office 2-3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities of the role include :
- Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of audit, review, and compilation engagements.
- Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior staff, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
