Typical Workday

Under the supervision of the regional sales manager, you will ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include meeting objectives, maintaining standards, recruiting, training, and motivating staff.

Sales

• Optimize store performance and profitability
• Train staff on customer service and product features
• Analyze sales and implement solutions to increase sales
• Schedule staff based on performance and traffic
• Set and communicate sales goals
• Report to regional manager

Human Resources

• Create a positive, proud work environment
• Promote brand culture and leadership
• Build a high-performance team through recruitment and training
• Manage schedules and conduct performance evaluations
• Handle labor issues and disciplinary actions

Marketing and Visual Presentation

• Know product features
• Create attractive store displays
• Monitor competitors
• Build customer loyalty
• Improve inventory management
• Manage visual displays and store cleanliness
• Collaborate with mall administration

Administration

• Analyze reports to improve productivity
• Open and close the store
• Manage expenses
• Coordinate with head office
• Follow policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties as needed
