We are seeking an experienced and talented Cabinet Designer specializing in kitchens and built-ins to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cabinet design and sales, proficiency with design software, and excellent communication skills in both French and English. This is a commission-based position with no salary cap, offering unlimited earning potential for motivated professionals.
Responsibilities
- Design custom cabinetry solutions, primarily for kitchens and built-in furniture, that meet clients' needs and preferences.
- Prepare detailed design plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using AutoCAD and 2020Design.
- Conduct site visits to measure spaces and ensure designs are tailored to specific dimensions.
- Develop proposals, provide pricing, and close sales with clients.
- Maintain relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Communicate effectively in French and English with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and design innovations related to kitchens and built-ins.
