LifeLabs is seeking a Medical Lab Technologist to join our Urinalysis team.

Job Summary

As a Medical Lab Technologist, you will provide accurate and timely interpretive and diagnostic specimen testing and reporting. You will contribute to patient well-being and the achievement of better health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a wide range of diagnostic and interpretive specimen testing.
• Prepare and process samples, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation.
• Perform, interpret, and release results while ensuring patient information confidentiality.
• Identify incidents and non-conformities and participate in corrective action plans.
• Assist with the evaluation and implementation of new technology.
• Participate in problem-solving and workflow improvements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to laboratory safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards.
