Position : Landscaper / Horticulturist

We are looking for full time landscapers and horticulturists to join our team!

Ideal candidates are attentive to details, take pride in their work, and able to carry out strenuous tasks, as well as enjoy working outdoors with plants in any weather.

Crew positions entail lawn care as well as general garden maintenance, so familiarity with power tools is an asset. Experienced horticulturist positions require plant knowledge and if you have pruning experience too, even better!

Position Requirements For Crew Position

• A valid driver's license, clean driving record and experience driving trucks and towing trailers
• Experience in garden maintenance or landscaping, tree planting or equivalent
• Experience using power tools (hedger, line trimmer, mower, blower, saw)
• Pruning experience would be an asset
• Experience working in a team environment and with clients

Additional Requirements For Horticulturist Position

These are full time, permanent positions (8 hours a day, Monday to Friday) at competitive wages, with benefits after a 3 month probationary period. Wage is dependent on experience and education in the field. Opportunities to continue to study and learn with apprentice sponsorship and professional development courses available.
