    We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Manager, Finance to join our company and support our growing Canada business. In this key leadership role, you will drive financial strategy and performance through comprehensive planning, analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will partner with commercial, operations, and senior leadership to deliver actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making to advance our mission of improving patient outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
    • Participate as a member of the Canadian leadership team
    • Work closely with Regional finance teams ensuring that Canada integrates with regional and global financial systems.
    • Manage various fiscal and accounting functions pertaining to areas such as general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and financial statement reporting
    • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning.
    • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
    • Provide GST / HST and QST management to ensure compliance with latest legislation and filing deadlines
    • Year-end reporting package for use in tax return preparation
    • Implementation and management of PO system
    • Lead the financial support of various business units and corporate functions (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service
    • Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Ensure compliance to corporate reporting timeline
    • Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
    • Lead the business units with budget monitoring and spend analysis
    • Monitoring T&E to ensure compliance with company policy
    • Your Background & Skills Should Include :

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,
    • CPA accredited
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the healthcare or therapeutics industry.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
    • Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems.
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
