Various Roles (Support, Advisory) for Sports & Active Living - Elite Athlete Development Pillar
About the Program
Part of the National Aga Khan Youth & Sports Board, Sports & Active Living portfolio.
Support the Elite Athlete Development pillar, which aims to increase the likelihood that high performing athletes within the Ismaili community continue developing their skills and access opportunities as a result. Efforts will include :
- Strategy development (e.g., national elite athlete development pathways, mentorship strategy, engagement strategy)
- Content development (e.g., athlete celebration templates, opportunity education resources)
- Pilot program execution (e.g., development and partnership pilots in select regions)
- Partnership development (i.e., external organizations to support development and scouting objectives)
- Regional team support (i.e., advising regional sports & active living members)
- Measurement and evaluation (e.g., target setting, de-briefs, tracking elite athlete pipeline)

Delivery Owners / Managers and Support Team will have varying time commitments, based on the particular initiative you are supporting.
You will drive select activities or initiatives (e.g., elite athlete pathway, elite athlete recognition, skill development) either individually or in teams.
Subject Matter Advisors will have less of a time commitment. Leaning on your prior experiences / expertise, you will provide guidance, feedback and inputs to the team.
