What you’ll be doing :

  • Work with sponsors to define scope, identify stakeholders, project team and ensure clarity on objectives and deliverables
  • Initiate, direct and lead project meetings, prepare reporting, maintain schedules and cost plans, manage and control for risks and all other aspects of the project from inception through delivery.
  • Define and manage project risks and barriers, ensuring appropriate strategies and plans are in place to resolve problems and / or facilitate resolution
  • Develop specifications, diagrams and process maps to document needs
  • Ensure team activities are aligned with project scope, deliverables and continuously monitor the progression
  • Ensure effective and timely communication within the project team and with stakeholders including preparing and delivering presentations when required
  • Analyze and document business processes to recommend improvements and solve complex problems
  • Develop business cases and perform business analysis to support project decisions

What we’re looking for :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or Health Sciences
  • Project Management Certification such as Agile Project Management of PMP
  • Five years’ experience in technology in a project management role
  • Solid understanding of systems integration with the ability to work with both legacy and modern technologies
  • Polished client-facing communication skills with the ability to facilitate conversations between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated leadership, motivational and facilitation skills
  • High level of initiative and business acumen
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet competing deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, meticulous, technical and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work collaboratively and motivate team members while building strong professional relationships
