Job Description

The community of Estevan, located in Southeast Saskatchewan, is seeking a team orientated and professional family physician to join the health care team. The successful candidate will work within a multi-disciplinary team providing primary health care services to the community of Estevan and surrounding area, and will work collaboratively with other medical professionals to support the acute care and emergency services in the area.

located in Estevan, is a fully accredited district hospital which provides the following services : Acute Care, Obstetrics Ward, Operating Room, Emergency Room, Dialysis Ward, full diagnostics including Laboratory, X-Ray, Ultrasound & CT Services.

The is dedicated to learning and is a partner in the educational needs of medical students, residents, nursing staff, and allied health professionals. The successful candidate will be encouraged to become involved in the academic efforts in the Department of Family Medicine in our area.

Relocation Package

The successful candidate may be eligible for :

Job Qualifications

  • Certified or eligible to be certified with the
  • Regular or Provisional License with the (or eligible to be licensed)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Recommended - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP
