We are seeking a Quebec-licensed Notary with experience in drafting and notarizing estate documents. This external role involves collaborating with our professional services and operations teams to serve clients and develop our platform. This is not a full-time permanent position; workload varies based on client needs.

Responsibilities include:

Ideal candidates are:

• At least 3 years post-admission experience with the Chambre des notaires du Québec.
• In good standing with the Chambre.
• Malpractice insurance coverage as required by law.
• Technologically adept and customer-focused.
• Once onboarded, will be introduced to clients.
