Steele Honda is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Consultant who’s ready to turn ambition into achievement. In this role, you’ll guide customers through every step of their vehicle-buying journey, from the first test drive to the final handshake, helping them find the vehicle that perfectly fits their lifestyle. By building strong relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences, you’ll play a key role in our team’s success. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Help Customers Find the Right Fit – Listen, guide, and offer vehicle options that match each customer’s needs and lifestyle
• Make Every Visit Memorable – Share your knowledge, answer questions, and make the buying experience easy and enjoyable
• Support from Start to Finish – Coordinate test drives, walk customers through the purchase process, and ensure smooth vehicle
• Be a Team Player – Work closely with sales, finance, service, and management to deliver a standout experience every time

• Customer Service or Sales Experience – Experience in a similar role, with a focus on building trust
• Approachable & Positive – You bring great energy, professionalism, and make a strong first impression
• Strong Communicator – Clear and confident when speaking in person, over the phone or online
• Organized and Driven – You stay on top of tasks and take initiative without being asked
• Valid Driver’s License – So you can get behind the wheel when your customer is ready to
