Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team standards to achieve sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select new team members.
• Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties as assigned.
