Building Official II : Code Compliance & Inspections

A local municipality is seeking a Building Official 2 to inspect buildings under construction for compliance with the Ontario Building Code and relevant legislation. The ideal candidate will have post-secondary education in Architecture or Civil Engineering Technology, three years of experience, and strong interpersonal skills. Knowledge of AutoCAD and GIS software is beneficial. This role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $37.84 to $46.03 based on a 35-hour work week.
