Responsibilities :

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Rewards promotions : involving participation from many Rewards Brands, multi-channel marketing support, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Responsible for collaborating with Director and team on planning and strategic direction for each promotion, developing promotion (or contest) mechanic, and identifying test and learn opportunities.?
  • Lead briefing of promotion concept and how it will come to life in various support channels including AMRP digital channels and external media - working with internal creative teams as well as external agency partners to execute
  • Manage daily communication and collaboration with Internal teams from initial kick-off, throughout execution, creative review and approvals, and post-campaign wrap up.??
  • Work with Analytics teams on measurement plan and setting up appropriate tracking mechanisms to measure promotion effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.?
  • Manage budgets relating to planned marketing support for each promotion, including tracking costs.
  • Involve other internal stakeholders as needed throughout the process including Legal and Customer Care to ensure seamless execution of the promotion.?
  • Contribute to the annual planning process for Marketing as it relates to Rewards promo

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of directly related work experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns across print and digital channels. Retail experience, client management or agency background would be an asset.?
  • Strong MS Office-Excel, PowerPoint and Word?
  • Strong project management skills?
  • Strong knowledge of core digital marketing channels including but not limited to, email, web social and mobile.
  • Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to develop strong rapports with internal and external stakeholders?
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to multi-task and be flexible and responsive to business and stakeholder needs?
  • Strong brief writing skills with the ability to effectively articulate objectives and business challenges?
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and proactive approach to problem solving?
  • Strong presentation skills?
  • Ability to interpret data and insights to inform strategies and campaign optimizations?
  • Salary :

    44,500.00 - $82,500.00

    Pay Type : Salaried

    The above represents AIR MILES' pay range and type.

    Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents AIR MILES' expected target for the first year in this position.

    AIR MILES' total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
