Production-Union Process Operator

ERCO Worldwide invites experienced operators to join our Production team. Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, the Process Operator operates and controls equipment within the Chloralkali Manufacturing plant to produce high‑quality products safely and environmentally responsibly.

The Role

• Operates and monitors plant brine supply, treatment systems, and environmental processes.
• Takes corrective action to maintain operation within acceptable limits.
• Records, observes, and regulates flows, temperatures, levels, pressures, and other process parameters.
• Prepares equipment for inspection or repair by isolating, draining, degassing, and testing equipment; prepares work permits and lockouts before maintenance releases.
• Analyzes and corrects process variation or equipment / instrument malfunction.
• Tests alarms and automatic or manual controls for proper operation.
• Works cooperatively within a team environment.

The Person

Compensation and Benefits

Start pay is $51.85 per hour; the first 120 days probationary period pays 90% of this rate.

Full‑time, permanent employment. 12‑hour shift with every other weekend off. Location : 4050 Wanuskewin Road, Saskatoon.
