Lead hand and forklift operator

A premier North American 4PL logistics provider is looking for a proactive Warehouse Team Leader to join at their Vaughan facility. If you are a lead who thrives on motivating teams and streamlining operations, we want to hear from you.

As our Team Leader, you’ll be the go-to person on the warehouse floor, balancing daily operations with a focus on your people. You will manage the schedule, organize resources, and make sure all tasks are finished correctly and on time. Beyond keeping inventory accurate, your main goal is to build a safe, positive environment where the team feels motivated and supported.

Schedule & Compensation

Shift : Sunday – Thursday (9 : 00 PM – 5 : 00 AM)

Base Pay : $24.00 per hour

Night Premium : +$0.85 per hour

To be considered for this role, candidates must have prior experience in a lead hand capacity and be fully competent in the operation of Reach Truck and Order Picker.
