Electrical Engineer

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a full-time Electrical Engineer to join our Windsor office. Responsibilities

• Work as part of a high-quality, client-focused MEP engineering team across diverse market sectors
• Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from initial design through construction and on-site contract administration
• Design electrical building systems for residential, educational, commercial, industrial, and healthcare projects
• Prepare complete electrical working drawings, construction details, and specifications within a BIM environment
• Coordinate electrical design with architectural, structural, mechanical (HVAC), and plumbing systems
• Provide technical expertise in electrical design, building science, and construction detailing
• Perform lighting design, photometric analysis, load calculations, and support building management system integration
• Apply relevant codes and standards, including the Ontario Building Code, Ontario Electrical Safety Code, IEEE, and NFPA
• Conduct site reviews, assess compliance with drawings and specifications, and prepare field reports
• Review and check work for quality, accuracy, and completeness while managing schedules and project budgets
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, supportive environment
• Support continuous learning and contribute to the firm’s growth, with the opportunity to advance into a senior leadership role
