Director, Sales – Benecard Services, LLC (Remote)
Responsibilities
Develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed goals for selling Benecard fixed rate and guaranteed cost offerings.
Research and gather market intelligence for assigned sales territory with the ability to articulate internal and external market trends, insights and regulatory landscape.
Develop a plan and timeline to build and maintain relationships with brokers, consultants and key executives to sell the Benecard guaranteed cost program and educate brokers and consultants on how the product operates.
Develop sales presentations to specifically target audiences based on market research and align solutions to the client’s needs.
Input all interactions into the database.
Prepare and submit requests for proposals, proof proposals and be able to articulate both verbally and in writing the salient advantages of our offering and drive those proposals to conclusion with brokers and consultants.
Attend trade shows and conventions as needed.
Extensive travel involved.
Qualifications
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in the healthcare or relevant field.
A valid Ohio State Health Insurance license is needed.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build deep, strong relationships with brokers and consultants as well as public and private sector executives.
