Job Description

As a UI / UX Designer at VTechys, you’ll collaborate with our dynamic team to design user-centered interfaces for websites, apps, and digital marketing campaigns. This flexible, remote position is ideal for creative individuals passionate about delivering outstanding user experiences while managing their work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate project requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides for consistency.
  • Analyze and interpret feedback to refine and improve user experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with UI / UX trends and best practices to deliver cutting-edge designs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a UI / UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
  • Experience creating responsive and mobile-first designs.
  • Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet project deadlines.
