As the company continues to grow and refine its operations, they seek a Director of Project Management and Construction to lead their team from their Mississauga head office. This pivotal role will oversee the execution of high-performance wall system projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and sustainability.

The Director will coach and develop project managers, implement structured project workflows, and remove roadblocks to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery. This is an opportunity to build and lead a best-in-class team while driving innovation and operational excellence.

Mandate

Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Director will provide strategic and hands-on leadership, overseeing project execution, client relationships, and process optimization. The role requires setting clear milestones, ensuring accountability, and fostering a safety, quality, and efficiency culture.

By mentoring the Project Management and Construction teams, this leader will drive operational improvements and reinforce the company’s reputation for delivering innovative, sustainable building solutions.

The Impact You Will Have

With deep expertise in trade glazing or construction manufacturing, the ideal candidate will lead large-scale projects from inception to completion. They will :

• Establish structured project workflows and ensure critical milestones are met.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing project management team.
• Balance customer-facing responsibilities with operational oversight.
