Main responsibilities
- Create, develop, and adjust patterns for different clothing styles using PAD System software, in accordance with established technical and aesthetic specifications.
- Participate in development and production meetings to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and consistency between teams (design, production, procurement).
- Make the necessary adjustments and gradations according to sizes and fitting comments.
- Prepare and validate technical data sheets, including measurements, tolerances, and assembly instructions.
- Collaborate in the creation and monitoring of samples (fit samples, PP, TOP), ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines.
- Measure and analyze samples upon receipt to validate compliance with measurements and production expectations.
- Actively participate in fitting sessions, note any necessary adjustments, and follow up with the relevant teams.
- Check the conformity, regularity, and consistency of styles (sizes, proportions, positioning of elements, finishes, etc.).
- Monitor the progress of models in production and quickly report any discrepancies, anomalies, or corrections needed.
- Maintain the database of patterns and templates in the PAD system.
- Ensure that SKUs (BOM) are updated and listed for production launch.
- Communicate with internal teams and subcontractors to validate corrections, fitting comments, and final approvals.
- Contribute to the optimization of pattern-making and grading processes to improve the efficiency and consistency of collections.
- Participate in the organization, classification, and archiving of technical files and patterns according to internal best practices.
Required profile (skills and abilities)
DVS, CDS, or AEC in fashion design, pattern making, or product development, or equivalent experience.2 to 3 years of experience as a pattern maker (apparel industry).Proficiency in PAD System software.Excellent understanding of garment construction techniques, adjustments, and grading.Experience in sample measurement, fittings, and production validation.Good knowledge of textiles, materials, and technical specifications.Rigorous, precise, and detail-oriented.Ability to work on several styles at once and meet tight deadlines.Team spirit, autonomy, and good communication skills.Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).Benefits
