Responsibilities

• Monitor inspections, construction contracts and material control.
• Check compliance with contractual requirements and report deviations.
• Maintain records, schedules and documents, and prepare standard reports.
• Support renovation and new construction projects.
• Tender construction contracts by reviewing plans and specifications.
