The Manufacturing Engineering Technologist is responsible for the development, programming, optimization, and documentation of CNC / NC equipment, robotics, tooling, and gauging systems. This role supports the production team in improving process efficiency, solving technical issues, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. With strong project management, programming, and analytical skills, the Technologist ensures that all tools, methods, and systems operate at optimal performance to meet customer needs, safety, and cost objectives.
