Learning Operations Lead

The Learning Operations Lead is a strategic leader in Learning & Development driving the design governance and delivery of learning programs across the organization. This role leads the Docebo LMS optimizes learning operations and ensures a seamless engaging learner experience while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end management of the Docebo LMS including configuration deployment optimization and integration with other HR systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to define learning strategies and translate them into scalable technology- driven solutions.
• Oversee learning operations intake processes workflows and standards to ensure consistency compliance and efficiency across programs.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to measure participation engagement and learning effectiveness; provide actionable insights.
• Serve as the primary liaison with LMS vendors ensuring timely delivery of services and alignment with organizational priorities.
• Mentor and guide team members promote best practices and contribute to process documentation and operational excellence.
