THE ROLE :

Reporting to the Sr. Manager Business Excellence the Junior Business Analyst will support the Information Technology team and business stakeholders in project management activities including but not limited to gathering requirements documenting processes and assisting with solution implementations. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone eager to learn grow contribute to projects and collaborate on process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will receive coaching and mentorship from Senior Analysts providing valuable opportunities for professional development and skill-building. This role provides the right candidate the opportunity to work with all levels and departments within the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO : Business Engagement

• Collaborate directly with stakeholders to understand and document business user needs.
• Assist in assessing and mapping current business processes.
• Translate business needs into clear detailed specifications under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support the creation of technical and business process documentation using established processes and templates.
• Review and revise training and knowledge media for implementation and operational
