We are currently recruiting for a Legal Support Training Specialist for our Legal Secretarial Support Department. The Training Specialist will develop and deliver learning programs step-by-step instructions demonstrations and simulations to support Toronto Legal Assistant learning. This role works in conjunction with the Legal Secretarial Services Managers the Learning and Development team and functional subject matter experts in other administrative areas within the Firm such as Conflicts Finance Hospitality and Client Development. Legal Assistant experience is required.

Education and Experience
The position requires a minimum of seven years experience in developing and delivering learning programs for Legal Assistants and working as a Legal Assistant in a professional services or legal environment. Completion of a Community College diploma in Learning and Development is an asset. An equivalent combination of education training and experience may be considered.
Knowledge and Skills
We are currently working in a hybrid work arrangement which includes a requirement to work primarily in the office and flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
