About the Role

We are seeking Accounting Students for our MELLOY Industrial Services Inc. to work as an Accounting Student in our Nisku, AB office. The position is for 8 months starting in May 2026 and reports directly to the Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities

• Full Cycle Accounts Payable
• Entering invoices into the PCL accounting system
• Bank reconciliations
• Inter-company invoicing
• Courier and phone costing
• Running and updating various reports
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Visa card reconciliations
• Preparing accounts receivable report
• Weekly cheque printing
• Client progress billings
• Subcontract administration
• Creation and management of Ad Hoc Reports
• Miscellaneous support to Accounting team
