Millwright
Reporting to the Shop Manager this position plays an integral role in our manufacturing operation and includes functions such as Assembly Troubleshooting Repair and Maintenance.

Position Responsibilities

• Installation & Assembly:Reading blueprints diagrams and schematics to assemble and install machinery like Winches Pumps Tanks and Robotic systems.

• Precision Alignment:Using specialized tools (e.g. micrometers lasers and plumb bobs) to align gears shafts and motors.

• Maintenance & Repair:Performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical hydraulic and electrical systems.

• Fabrication:Operating machine and hand tools like lathes mills drills grinders to fabricate or modify parts as needed.

• Rigging & Moving:Forklift Scissor lift to position mount install equipment boilers winches.

Key Skills

• Technical Knowledge:Proficiency in reading technical manuals blueprints and understanding PLC (Programmable Logic Control) systems.

• Manual Dexterity:Ability to work with hand and power tools with high precision.

• Physical Stamina:Capacity to lift heavy objects (often over 50 lbs) stand for long periods and work in noisy industrial environments.

Demonstrate a sense of urgency in achieving results

• Certifications:Licenced Millwright or Apprentice Millwright

Position Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience working in machine shop / industrial environment

• Flexibility to work extended shifts including evenings or weekends.

• MUST have good communication skills work ethic Team player with positive attitude.
