Primary Objective : Responsible for Leading, coordinating & designing mechanical HVAC and Plumbing systems for various new and renovation projects.

Project Management

• Maintain current business and client relationships
• Coordinate and manage Mechanical engineering projects of various sizes and complexity from schematic design through construction. This includes preparation of load calculations, assisting in energy modelling, developing mechanical systems and incorporating them into the Mechanical design.
• Coordination of mechanical systems and design with other disciplines.
• Analyze client design proposals and specifications to determine cost effective solutions
• Lead the project team and provide guidance to clients, technical staff and subconsultants to ensure projects are technically sound and completed successfully
• Maintain project schedules and project cost summaries to track work progress, budget status and manpower resource utilization
• Determining project design and drafting hours required to complete a project and communicate the resources required to meet the project deadlines /
• Provide internal quality and cost control during the design and construction process
• Manage project activities throughout lifecycle, including the allocation of adequate resources, documentation and other factors necessary for success
• Represent our firm by attending design and construction meetings with clients and contractors
• Prepare and review specification and concept reports
• Identify and address the need for additional services and fees in a timely fashion.
• Prepare responses to RFI’s and Site Instructions
• Identify and address the need for additional services and fees so that they can be invoiced in a timely fashion
