We are seeking a caring and experienced nanny to help care for our baby (under 1 year old). This position will transition to full-time hours (8 : 30 AM 5 : 30 PM) starting in January, with the option to begin part-time now and gradually ramp up.
Location : Downtown VancouverMother works from home.Hours : - Now through December : Flexible part-time hours - Starting January : Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM 5 : 30Key Responsibilities : - Provide nurturing care for our infant, including feeding, changing, and engaging in age-appropriate activities- Maintain a safe and stimulating environment- Assist with light baby-related household tasks- Occasionally play tug with our small, friendly dog.
She will otherwise be taken care of by the parents.Requirements : - Prior experience with newborns or infants- CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)- Comfortable with a parent working from home- Non-smoker- Comfortable with petsIdeal Candidate Qualities : - Warm, patient, and attentive to detail - Flexible, as hours will ramp up from part-time to full-time - Reliable and able to commit long-term If you are interested in joining our family and helping care for our little one, please reach out.
