What You Will Do
Install, configure, and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux serversTroubleshoot and resolve complex OS‑level issuesDeploy, manage, and optimise OpenShift clusters, ensuring high availabilityDevelop and maintain automation scripts (Bash, Python, Ansible) for system tasksAdminister virtualization environments (VMware, KVM, Hyper‑V, etc.)Design and implement enterprise storage solutions (SAN / NAS)Manage backup and recovery processes, ensuring data integrity and complianceDeploy, manage, and optimise Azure Red Hat OpenShift clusters for enterprise workloadsProvision, configure, and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux VMs in AzureManage resource groups, networking, and storage associated with Linux‑based workloadsImplement security best practices and hardening proceduresMaintain tidy and organized datacentres, computer rooms, and retail racks, ensuring all equipment and cabling meet established standardsEnsure all hardware and infrastructure within datacenter sites are built, installed, and maintained according to documented best practicesParticipate in a rotating support schedule, including after‑hours and on‑call coverage, to ensure the reliability and availability of critical systemsRespond promptly to incidents, service requests, and system outages, providing expert troubleshooting and resolutionOther duties as requiredWho You Are
7 years equivalent work experience in the field of System AdministrationMinimum 3 years of practical experience working as a senior network technician with sound knowledge of general data centre infrastructure hardware and systemsRelevant certifications (RHCE, OpenShift, VMware, Azure, etc.) is an assetExtensive experience with Red Hat Linux administrationHands‑on expertise with OpenShift or similar container orchestration platformsStrong background in enterprise storage and backup technologiesProficiency in virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM, Hyper‑V)Strong scripting and automation skillsOur Commitments
