Here at Clear we're looking to grow our team to keep up with increasing client demand. We are currently looking for candidates that would like to join our EXCITING NEW TEAM as a Marketing Intern.

These are fast-tracked learning and development opportunities with product-training workshops and guidance available every step of the way! So, if you are available immediately and are free for a minimum of 12 weeks (with potential for permanent) we have the role for you!

Marketing Intern Openings Involve :

• Promoting clients' products and services face-to-face at our private site events across the Vancouver region (and sometimes further afield)
• Answering new and existing customer questions & registering new customers daily
• Creating brand awareness & increasing market share for clients through face-to-face promotions at various retail locations to expand your comfort zone and grow professionally – this is a hands-on internship where you will get the chance to earn while you learn!
• Attracting the attention of members of the public to draw them towards a branded event / retail stall
• Engaging with consumers face-to-face and reading their facial expressions and body language to determine their level of interest
• Working as part of an events team to deliver consistent results in terms of brand exposure, feedback collected, and new customers acquired
• Helping our clients to enhance their brand's reputation and increase their market share in specific geographic areas
• Representing our clients with integrity and enthusiasm, and maintaining a positive attitude even when things aren’t going to plan

This opening will combine marketing, sales and business development. You'll begin with basic customer interaction to help promote and sell our client's products and services. We provide a consistent flow of quality sales by meeting with prospective customers face-to-face and adding a real personality to our client's brand.

We offer regular product-training workshops and allow new Marketing Interns the opportunity to spend time alongside others until they develop their confidence and have expanded their comfort zones enough to achieve success on their own. On-going guidance and access to mentors are also provided on a regular basis because each individual's success contributes to our company's success as a whole.

Compensation :

Our Marketing Interns are paid on a weekly basis through a combination of base pay and commissions. More detailed information will be provided during the interview stages because it depends on the campaign, but the average take-home earnings are $350-$550 per week for our intern roles across our current campaigns. There are uncapped bonuses available so these figures can often be much more!
