About the Role We are looking for a Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic to support the maintenance and repair of our growing fleet.

This role will work with the Fleet Manager primarily on medium and heavy-duty trucks, vacuum units, pumps, and hydraulics.

What You’ll Be Doing Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a fleet of approximately 18 trucks, trailers, and related equipment Work on engines, cooling systems, fuel and exhaust systems, brakes, hydraulics, and vacuum systems Conduct regular preventative maintenance services and inspections Diagnose mechanical issues and equipment malfunctions Test equipment to ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications and regulatory requirements Interpret work orders, service manuals, and technical documentation Complete service reports and maintenance records Order parts and assist with inventory management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Support company environmental, health, and safety policies What We’re Looking For Red Seal certification is a must have Experience working with medium and heavy-duty trucks Experience with vacuum vessels, pumps, hydraulics, flatbed trailers, and restroom trailers is a strong asset Class 3 or Class 5 Driver’s License (air endorsement and clean driver’s abstract preferred) Own tools (tool allowance provided) Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, organized, and able to manage maintenance priorities Hours of work : 2 : 00PM – 10 : 30PM Comfortable working overtime when required Job Type : Fulltime Work Location : Fully Onsite Pay :  $35 - $50 per hour What We Offer Business casual workplace Benefits Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to grow within a stable and expanding organization On-the-job learning and exposure to a multi-brand operation We invite applications from all qualified individuals, including those from traditionally underrepresented groups.
