Care Coordinator – PhysioHouse Trenton
Casual Part‑time position. Must be available to work until 6 : 30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with hours subject to change based on business needs. This role will work with PhysioHouse Trenton on Ontario Street in Trenton and will provide additional support to PhysioHouse Belleville and PhysioHouse Wellington.

Primary Responsibilities
Answer telephone calls, greet patients and visitors upon arrival, and provide excellent customer service for all questions or concernsCoordinate a detailed and accurate intake of information on the patient’s first visit to the clinic and throughout their treatment planAssist patients with completing paperwork at the clinic to avoid errors and inaccurate informationCoordinate scheduling of patient appointments and maintain the patient’s medical recordCollect payment at time of serviceTrack coverage for all funding streams to ensure approvalComplete data entry and billingCoordinate courier packages (in or outgoing) and process incoming and outgoing email, mail and faxesProvide administrative support to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic DirectorQualifications & Core Competencies
High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalentHigh degree of organizational and multi‑tasking skills in a busy and fast‑paced work environmentPreferably with 1‑3 years work experience in a private clinic settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsComputer savvy and data entry skills in a physiotherapy clinic setting will be an asset but not requiredFlexible and adaptable to changeAbility to hit the ground running with minimum supervisionInclusion
