Looking for a sales-driven commercial producer to join the team at Billyard Insurance Group in Mississauga West, ON. Must be committed to providing legendary service and have an insatiable hunger for closing and attracting clients.

This commercial producer position requires a sales-oriented and outgoing individual with a proven history of sales, networking, and generating leads skills. You will be enabled to grow your book of business with a competitive compensation structure in a technology-oriented environment.

As another great perk, one of our talented TSRs or Account Managers will be assigned to help you with servicing your clients!

Job Details

• Generate new business through existing networks and centers of influence.
• Able to identify and solve our clients changing insurance demands.
• Review quotes and recommend coverage based on individual consumer needs.
• Adhere to the underwriting criteria set out by our broker partners.
• Coordinate and follow up on client leads.
• Flexibility to work from the office or home, once training is complete.

Qualifications And Attributes

• RIBO Licensed with a minimum of 2 years of commercial insurance experience required.
• Proven experience managing a commercial-heavy book of business; established client relationships are a strong asset.
• Opportunity available to purchase or transition an existing book of business (terms and conditions apply). Sales-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to prospect, close, and grow new commercial accounts.
• Comfortable building and maintaining referral partnerships with accountants, lawyers, real estate professionals, lenders, and other business influencers.
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and generate leads from multiple channels including networking, referrals, and outbound initiatives.
• Self-motivated, independent, ambitious, and competitive, with a strong desire to exceed targets.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapts quickly to change.
• Demonstrates a positive, professional attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly customer-focused, committed to delivering tailored risk management solutions and exceptional service.

Salary: Full Time - Commission Based- Salary options can be discussed.
