Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Branch Administrator and assists with key organizational tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Calendar Management
Assist with scheduling and maintaining the Executive Directors calendar.
Coordinate meetings appointments and related logistics.
Email Management
Organize and maintain shared inboxes.
Tag categorize and prioritize emails for efficient follow-up.
Document & Filing Management
Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical filing systems.
Ensure timely and easy retrieval of documents.
Administrative Support
Prepare correspondence reports and presentations.
Provide general support to the Branch Administrator.
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned to support branch operations.
Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams to maintain smooth communication and workflow.

Onsite (Edmonton Alberta)
Qualifications Must-Have Qualifications Education
High School Diploma or GED.
Soft Skills
Clear verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively and attend onsite meetings in Edmonton as required.
Work Experience
1 year experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
1 year experience with public sector retention and records archiving.
1 year experience using Microsoft Outlook for email task and calendar management.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications Education
Relevant post-secondary education in office administration or related field.
Work Experience
1 year experience editing documents in Adobe Acrobat Pro.
