Our client is seeking a Client Services Clerk to support the seamless delivery of meeting room and hospitality services. This role is responsible for coordinating food and beverage service, providing technical meeting support, assisting with reception coverage, and completing other administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily scheduling and administration of boardroom meetings and internal events
• Arrange catering for internal and external meetings, including menu planning, vendor coordination, and quality assurance
• Coordinate technical setup and support for both in-person and virtual meetings
• Restock and maintain kitchen, lounge, and refreshment areas with required supplies
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen and all shared spaces
• Provide reception and mailroom coverage as required
